1. Subscriptions

EchoGrade subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another secure payment provider. Subscription pricing and billing cycles are shown before purchase.

2. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged by mistake or experienced a billing issue, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your Pro access may remain active until the end of your current billing period.
